There are 2 ways that you will be receiving leads from us.

Pay Per Call Leads

We'll set up a free tracking phone number, which will be forwarded to your regular business line or cell and used to track all the leads that come from us.
If the person is interested, they will pick up the phone and give you a call. When you pick up the call you will hear a brief announcement ???This is a Lead from Teameo??? this way you'll know it came from our marketing.

Please have someone available to answer the phone during business hours, and preferably someone that is trained to convert these phone leads into appointments.

Leads are identified as someone who would be interested in your services
You may set specific days and hours to receive leads, as well as a service radius
If the lead was not qualified, you will not be charged for it
Phone leads come from variety of online marketing sources

Any phone calls under 30 seconds in length will not be charged
Manual Review and recording of all calls to ensure accuracy

Email & Web Leads

Email leads are submitted through website landing page created by Teameo
Contact info of lead will be emailed directly to you within seconds of submission or sent straight to your CRM/calendar
Upon submission, you'll automatically get an SMS text message with their info, so you can follow up immediately. (*This is a premium tool we offer for FREE. It's very important to follow up with your potential customers ASAP to increase conversions.)
We can also set up online scheduling so you can book clients/appointments 24-hours a day without handling phone calls

Additionally we can provide onboarding & ongoing quality control training & scripts.
